Product description
The High Temperature Oven HT 1300 is a high-performance extension module for the Karl Fischer titrator AQUA 40.00, designed for precise water extraction from samples that release moisture only at elevated temperatures between 300 °C and 1300 °C. This allows you to reliably analyze samples where water forms as a reaction product during heating.
Samples are placed into small sample boats and automatically introduced into the hot zone of the oven using a specialized valve system. This ensures that the carrier gas flow remains uninterrupted throughout the process.
Within the inert gas stream, the water is fully extracted from the sample and transferred directly to the measuring cell of the AQUA 40.00 Basic Module via a secure connection module.
Thanks to the integrated two-stage drying system for the inert carrier gas, an extremely low background drift is achieved, ensuring highly accurate and reproducible results even at very high temperatures.
