The OnlineNH3 system enables continuous and precise quantitative determination of ammonia (NH3) in gas mixtures.
Designed with an integrated dilution step, the system can handle a wide measurement range – from very high concentrations (100 to 20,000 ppm) to very low levels down to the odour threshold (0.1 to 100 ppm).
Reliable Technology for Demanding Applications
The OnlineNH3 features a selective amperometric sensor with gas-selective membranes, membrane pumps for sample transport, and an integrated PC for real-time data recording, trend analysis, and alarm management.
Measurement values can be transmitted directly to the control room via analog and digital (alarm) outputs.
An integrated cleaning system ensures drift-free analysis even in oxygen-free gases such as biogas, significantly extending the sensor lifetime through stress-free operation.
Thanks to its precise and stable measurement principle, the OnlineNH3 is ideal for ammonia-controlled regulation of enrichment and purification processes.
Flexible System Design
The same technology platform is also available for continuous monitoring of hydrogen sulphide (H2S), sulfur dioxide (SO3), or ozone (O3).
