The GasExtractor is a fully automated vacuum degassing unit designed for extracting gases from oil and other highly viscous liquids according to international standards. It enables fast and precise determination of the total gas content by accurately measuring the pressure increase during the degassing process.
The GasExtractor provides a reliable basis for further identification of gas compounds and can be seamlessly connected to standard gas chromatographs for advanced analysis.
Equipped with a powerful four-stage membrane pump, the GasExtractor generates vacuum without the use of mercury, offering a safe and modern alternative to traditional Toepler pumps.
For enhanced flexibility, the system can be upgraded with an autosampler capable of handling various syringe sizes for oil sample preparation.
